Who We Are.
Cantt Restoration is a mitigation, remediation, and contents specialist based in East Texas. We are independent, locally operated, and built around one standard: treat every house like we would want someone to treat our mom's house.
Built for East Texas
Cantt Restoration was built to serve East Texas communities the right way. Not as a franchise following a corporate script, but as a locally owned operation that answers the phone at 2 AM, shows up on time, and documents what is actually there. Not more. Not less.
When a homeowner calls us after a burst pipe or a house fire, they are not in a position to evaluate options. They need someone they can trust to do the job correctly. That is the standard we hold ourselves to on every project, regardless of size.
"We treat their house like I would want somebody to treat my mom's house."
We are experienced, insured, and independent. We work to ANSI/IICRC S500, S520, S740, and S740 standards on every job. When a situation is outside our scope, we coordinate with the right specialists through our national network. We do not cut corners and we do not manufacture scope.

Contents Restoration Is What We Do Best
When your belongings are damaged by water, fire, or smoke, the difference between a total loss and a full recovery is often how quickly and carefully they are handled. We pack out, inventory, clean, restore, and store your contents in our climate-controlled facility at Cantt HQ until your home is ready. This service alone can save families tens of thousands of dollars in replacement costs.
How We Work
Every project follows the same process. Document everything, follow the standards, communicate clearly, and never manufacture scope. If the damage is minor and you do not need us, we will tell you that too.
01
Document First
Before any work begins, we document with video and photographs. Video first, then photographs. We document what is actually there. Not more. Not less.
02
Follow the Standards
We work to ANSI/IICRC S500, S520, S740, and S740 on every job. Standards exist because they work. We do not take shortcuts to finish faster.
03
Protect the Contents
Your belongings matter. We pack out, inventory, and store everything in our climate-controlled facility. Contents are tracked from the day they leave your home to the day they come back.
04
Communicate Clearly
We keep homeowners informed throughout the process. You will know what we found, what we are doing, and why. No surprises.
"Do what you safely can to limit further damage while you wait. If you do not feel safe, do not go back in. Call us first and we will walk you through it."
The Standards We Follow
We follow ANSI/IICRC standards on every job. These are not marketing claims. They are the technical frameworks that define correct mitigation and remediation practice in the industry. Every drying decision, every containment protocol, every clearance test references these standards.
ANSI/IICRC S500
Standard for Professional Water Damage Restoration. Defines water categories, damage classes, and psychrometric drying protocols.
ANSI/IICRC S520
Standard for Professional Mold Remediation. Defines containment, removal, and clearance requirements for microbial growth remediation.
ANSI/IICRC S740
Standard for Professional Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration. Defines assessment, cleaning, and deodorization protocols for fire losses.
ANSI/IICRC S740
Standard for Professional Smoke Damage Restoration. Addresses smoke odor, residue assessment, and restoration methodology.
When there is any question about asbestos or ACM, we coordinate independent third-party laboratory testing, pre-abatement and post-abatement. The homeowner deserves certainty, not an assumption. For more on our technical process, visit the ANSI/IICRC standards reference.
Your Belongings Are Safe With Us
After a major loss, your home may not be livable. Your belongings do not have to suffer the same fate. Our contents operation handles pack-out, detailed inventory, professional cleaning and restoration, and climate-controlled storage at our Cantt HQ facility.
We work with a national network of specialty restoration partners across the U.S. and Canada for items that require specialized treatment, electronics restoration, fine art, or document recovery. Your items are tracked at every step.
Every project is different. We assess each item individually. Some things can be fully restored. Some cannot. We will be honest with you either way.
Ready to Talk?
